Amthal is the fire safety partner of choice for Trinity Estates, currently looking after the fire requirements of properties maintained by the national property management company.
Trinity Estates, specialise in providing property management solutions to blocks of flats, residential estates and mixed-use developments of any size and complexity. With over 50,000 units managed, Trinity Estates is always looking for ways to help improve the energy efficiency, comfort, safety and security for its residents.
Working closely with Amthal, Trinity Estates needed to establish a maintained system that could secure residents in terms of fire safety systems, especially in communal areas, including all fire alarms, emergency lighting, automatic opening vents, dry -risers, sprinkles and associated services across its property portfolio in the south east.
